ST6: The Power of Positive Facilitation (for Teacher's Assistants, Aides, Parents, and Caregivers)

This workshop is for tutors, classroom aides, educators, parents, and family members interacting with children with autism on a regular basis. Participants will be able to identify Autism Spectrum Disorders, specify elements to motivate learners, identify teaching procedures to shape behaviors, and learn how to teach in the natural environment.
Workshop hours are as follows:
8:30am - 9:00am - Registration
9:00am - 4:00pm - Workshop
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Lunch break (lunch is on your own)
