Pricing

The fees to subscribe to WebABLLS are based on a per-student cost versus a per-user cost.  The cost for one student profile subscription is $100 for the first year with a renewal fee of $60 per year thereafter; however, there are no restrictions on how many users can be associated with a student’s profile and the associated data.

First year: $100 per student profile
Renewal: $60 per student profile (each additional year)

For organizations that serve a large number of students we offer purchase options that range from discount pricing depending on the quantity (suitable for 10-49 student profiles) to special contract pricing to meet your organization’s needs for orders in excess of 50 student profiles.

The specific breakdown in terms of our standard quantity discounts are as follows:

10-19 student profiles: 10 percent
20-29 student profiles:  20 percent
30-49 student profiles: 30 percent

WebABLLS is completely electronic—no actual product will be mailed or shipped. Order confirmation and notification regarding user account activation (instructions and password) will be sent to the email address(es) registered with the order.

Order processing and activation includes the following:

• Creation of WebABLLS customer account
• Activation of single license key (LK) for the quantity and duration ordered
• Creation of primary user account(s) within the customer account
• Creation of any requested associate user account(s) within the customer account

All primary and associate user accounts (with the exception of limited access associates) have access to any active license key within the customer account. Each student profile generated reduces the quantity available on the LK by one. Student profiles under an expired LK will remain in archive status for a minimum of six (6) months until the LK is renewed.

Return Policy
Behavior Analysts, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy for WebABLLS subscriptions. To process a return please contact the WebABLLS Support Team via the contact page within 30 days of account activation. You will be charged a $50 processing fee and the remaining balance will be refunded consistent with the original mode of payment.
