Registration & Logistics

Initial Registration
Upon receipt of your order and payment confirmation, an email will be sent to the email address that accompanies the order. This email will a) confirm receipt of the order; and b) provide a URL link (and confirmation code for orders placed off-line) to submit account registration information electronically. The WebABLLS Support Team will then proceed with processing and activating the customer account, user account(s), and license key in accordance with the order. Upon receipt of the electronic registration information, all WebABLLS accounts/orders are processed and activated within three (3) business days.

Associate User Account(s) Registration
Requests for additional user accounts associated with a customer account can be submitted during the initial registration process or directly to the WebABLLS Support Team via email (support@webablls.com); however, requests submitted following the initial registration must be generated by the primary user of the customer account. Any request for an associate user account must include the following information:

Full access: An associate with full-access privileges should be considered primarily for in-house personnel who will be using WebABLLS on a regular basis.  Full-access status allows the user to create or be assigned a student profile and/or can be authorized with modify or view-only sharing rights to any student profile.

Limited access:  An associate with limited-access privileges should be considered for external personnel or other individuals who will not be authorized to create a student profile but can be authorized with either modify or view-only sharing rights – the only way this level of associate account user can use WebABLLS is when sharing rights have been authorized by the assigned profile coordinator (“owner”) of the student profile.

[Please note ‘access privileges’ refers to access as it relates only to the customer account – sharing rights are authorized separately and relate to a particular student.]

Administrator User Accounts
Customer accounts with multiple users in excess of ten (10) user accounts are encouraged to consider designating at least one user with a customer administrator user account. A customer administrator user account provides the highest level of access privileges available to a customer account. The user at this level can perform all the functions and features of account administration and maintenance such as adding associate users accounts and monitoring account activity. [There are no additional fees associated with this account level.]
